Carlito's Tires

Shopping for anything mechanical car related is always a headache. Their staff made it so easy that all it took was a few emails, text messages a couple phone calls and we were done. Offered plenty of choices in different price ranges and even financing. Once I made my decision, the tires were in stock. I went to the shop. They installed them within a couple of hours even after alignment and I was gone. They’re waiting room is super comfortable. The staff is courteous and very informative. I give them a 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Carlitos Tires! Jenny and Andrea were incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. I first went in on Friday, but the replacement tires I needed were not available. Instead of leaving me wondering, they kept me updated every step of the way, followed up with me, and made sure I knew what was happening. As soon as the tires became available the next day, they contacted me right away and took care of the installation. Their excellent customer service, communication, and genuine concern made the whole experience stress-free. I’m very grateful to Jenny and Andrea for going the extra mile. I highly recommend Carlitos Tires to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and friendly service!

I would ask anyone who’s checking these reviews to take a look at this alignment job and ask yourself if it in any way shape or form looks to be a job well done. I came in to have an alignment done, have my brakes checked due to a rattling noise being made while i pressed on my brakes, and diagnose my abs light being on. after their diagnostics they called me to tell me it was because my rear tires were worn out, this makes zero sense. worn tire tread does NOT make noises exclusively when the car is braking, but they nevertheless assured me it would get rid of that noise so i let them replace my tires. as i already thought, the rear tires being replaced did not stop that noise being made. and after MULTIPLE requests to have a technician drive alongside me so they could hear it too (because for some reason the lady upfront was beyond hesitant to have me talk to anyone who worked on my car) they said the sound remaining could actually be the ABS malfunctioning. this same ABS that they identified as being a broken sensor, something that i already replaced twice (even paying more the second time since their idea was my first buy being cheap parts) hence my pushback against their diag

Great experience! I came in thinking I had a flat tire, but they thoroughly checked everything and found the tire had just shifted slightly on the rim. They fixed the issue without trying to sell me a new tire. I also asked them to check my air filters, and instead of replacing them unnecessarily, they honestly told me they were still in good shape. They easily could have charged me for a tire and filters, but their honesty earned my trust! Everyone there is super personable and friendly too. Highly recommend!

I was wonderfully pleased with the overall customer service at Carlitos today. Staff was very friendly and professional. My tire repair service was smooth and quick despite their busy morning at the shop. I highly recommend this business and so glad to have them as a local business in my community!
